Bringing a baby home is one of my favorite things to celebrate! The start of a new life and a new addition brings so much wonder, joy, and love. I'm so lucky when I get to meet these little cuties and spend some time just celebrating them with Mom and Dad.
Eli's newborn session was gifted by a friend, and I was so glad I could be a part of this amazing gift! Mom and dad were just so excited to be there with Eli. I'm glad they had a chance to just relax and love on Eli while I wondered around taking pictures.
Oh goodness- this little cutie gets my every time! We ended up doing a newborn session when Eli was almost one month old. It's ok if the session is a bit "late". We are still celebrating those new family moments. Baby snuggle time is always something to celebrate!
I really love the combo of mint and blue mom picked out of my stash for Eli's photos by himself. I love all those expressions! And chubby baby cheeks!
One things I really love about newborn sessions- is the time mom and dad get to take out of their hectic new schedule to just love on and adore their new baby. So much happens in those first few months after bringing a new family member home that it's sometimes hard to just slow down and take it all in. I love that my clients just get a little time to soak in their baby. Moments that they can look back on and remember with love.
