Summer at the Conservatory. What else REALLY needs to be said about this session? (I’ll say more anyways!)
Rawlings conservatory is so gorgeous. Located in Baltimore, Maryland, it’s a natural retreat in the middle of the city. Helena posted this location in her IG stories and I immediately messaged her about setting up a session there.
The staff was amazing to work with in scheduling the session. They were super helpful. And the location was absolutely perfect!
I LOVE big windows. If you've looked at some of my other work, you may have noticed! They make such an interesting backdrop. The great thing about this location is that you get both the gorgous nature and the geometry of the building. I'm always on the look-out for locations that offer such variety in a small space.
Helena and I met right at sunrise so we could get that perfect early morning sun. It's always tough waking up before the sun to do photos, but I promise, it is 100% worth it!!! The light is divine.
Those photos of Helena in the lavendar are some of my favorite from this session. I just love how beautiful and romantic they are.
Rawlings is a stunning place to take photos. If you have the opportunity to have your session at a conservatory, you should definitely take that opportunity. Totally worth it!
