I worked with Jose and Nicole for about three years while living in the D.C. area. Jose and I were on a shoot together about a month before I moved and I mentioned that I had not gotten a chance to photograph inside the museums. Jose and Nicole had just photographed a couple in the National Portrait Museum and I was loving the images! So we decided to do a quick session before I left! Since they are photographers, they get a lot of images with each other but not many together.
We were on a time crunch because in typical D.C. fashion, parking was limited and they had to move their car.
As you can see, there was a lot of fun and laughter! Jose and Nicole are wonderful to see together! It was also great to hang out with them for a bit while we weren't working.
The National Portrait Gallery has so many beautiful spaces for photographs: it was so hard to pick just a few spots!
Note photo photographing in museums: always check the rules before going (usually easy to find on their website). Some museums are open to photography and some aren't and most of them have rules about equipment and locations.
