This session was such a blast! I had worked with both Courtney and Chelsea separately in the past, so we decided to get together for a sisters styled session. We went with a 1950's vibe and had so much fun!
Courtney is a super talented hair and make-up artist. Chelsea (as her twin sister) is inevitably one of the most common people she practices on. I love how the hair and make up turned out. These two are adorable!
I met them at their house while they were still getting ready. We had planned to do 100% of the session on location. However, I walked in and their front entryway was just filled with gorgeous natural light! So, I clipped my backgrounds to the stair rails and just soaked in all the gorgeous natural light! If I lived there, I would do all my sessions on that stairway! The light was SO perfect!
After the first batch of photos, we drove over to the little town of Alpha where they have this cool old mill. I really liked that as a backdrop for this theme.
I really loved working with Courtney and Chelsea again. They are both gorgeous and were just fun to hang out and laugh with! Courtney did such an amazing job on the hair and make-up! We had a great time putting together the theme and wardrobe. I am ready for another 1950's session!
