I was welcomed into this wonderful families home (again-I was there last year for a wedding!) to document a special occasion: Four Generations all together. I love that this is something so exciting for this family to celebrate. I communicated a lot with the family to make sure we could accommodate everyone - from the oldest to newest- on the April day they were all together for the first time. The newest two members had only joined within the last three months! I'm so glad we had a beautiful day to do some pictures outside as well as in their home.
The day was a little chilly, so we only spent a few minutes outsitde with Grandma and Grandpa. The farm where they live is wide open and beautiful. It was very special to do this Generation Session at the house where the boys all grew up.
Of course, we had to get some photos of the youngest generation together. As you can imagine, this was a bit of a challenge with two- three month olds and one 2 and a half year old! But we did get some cute photos! I love that the youngest boys were born within a month of each other.
It was so wonderful being a part of this special day. Four Generations of boys all together for the first time. What a day to celebrate!
