You know it's going to be a good wedding day when the soon-to-be bride agrees to meet up for coffee and a long chat after she's already signed the contract and is just a few weeks away from the wedding!


Tonya reached out to me about photographing her wedding, and she set up everything within a couple days of us first talking. She was ready for her wedding! We chatted quite a bit via text, so I asked her if she wanted to meet up and tell me about her love story. She was all in!


I love meeting with client's and getting to know them before weddings. Tonya was just a couple weeks out from her wedding when she booked me, but I loved getting to know her before her big day. Tonya and Mark met at Lowe's while she was helping her parents with some house projects. She was in there a bunch and Mark was always there with a helping hand. Who knew that they would one day end up married? Love stories are the best!


Their wedding day was beauftiful and Tonya and Mark were all smiles! Their families and a few friends were so happy to be there! Their small wedding was just perfect.

Tonya and Mark picked a location for their portraits that meant a lot to them. They both love being outdoors, and Mark loves to fish. He's teaching Tonya to love it too! They got to Dominick Lofino Park all the time and wanted it to be a part of their wedding day. Mark was pointing out some good fishing spots while we were walking around.


The church was put together with love and care for the ceremony and reception. I stole Tonay and Mark away for a quick moment before the ceremony for a photo in front to these windows. I love silhouette images!


Can't you just tell how excited everyone was to be there?

On to the party! The reception was kept to just an hour so the newlyweds could catch their flight for their Honeymoon! Everyone enjoyed the cake and toasts, and giving out hugs to Tonya and Mark.

I was told by almost everyone that day how much it meant to them that Tonya and Mark were getting married. They told me how much Tonya deserved this wonderful man and how well he took care of her. I was honored to be a part of their special day and to be included in this wonderful moment in their love story.
