I love doing outdoor sessions at parks. Something about the beauty of nature and all that. But, sometimes I just need an urban session.
Naz and I met up at Stauf’s on Mt. Vernon Ave in Columbus on a chilly February morning. I had contacted the coffee house in advance to make sure they wouldn’t mind us taking photos indoors. The aesthetic is really cool inside and it was great to shoot there- and have some good coffee while working.
Naz is amazing to work with at any time and for any look. We had done a romantic session just a few months before, so it was fun to go more urban with this session.
After the coffee house, we braved the cold winter wind and went outside for the second part of the session.
Naz brought this look and I loved the oversized boyfriend jacket.
I had to bring some bling! Sequin does amazing things in the light. I love using it for photo sessions.
Naz and I are planning another session for this spring. I can’t wait to collab with her again! We haven’t gotten together since pre-Covid times! We are way over-due. Keep your eyes open for that session.
